Bangkok, Thailand - November 29 - Portier Technologies, the industry’s leading travel and
guest technology startup, has launched its guest-interfacing and staff-facilitating service at V
Villas Hua Hin - MGallery Hotel Collection (Accor).
At V Villas Hua Hin, the platform aims to not only enchance guests' digital experience and
the hotel’s guest experience standards, but to also enable the property to cross-market
services with its Accor sister properties of VIE Hotel Bangkok and regional MGallery Hotel
Collection.

income on-site.”
In addition to what’s visible on the surface, the Portier platform also delivers detailed
behavioural guest data insights, and thus, empowers hoteliers to further personalize their
guests’ stay on site. As a common courtesy, Portier Phones include hotspot connectivity,
allowing guests to bypass data roaming fees or the expense and inconvenience of installing
a local SIM card. Portier devices directly communicate with hotel systems — allowing guests
to communicate directly with hotel staff, and to discover and book services on property or
while exploring the island of Phuket.
